Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher license issued by the State of South Carolina (required)
• Experience or strong interest in early childhood special education
• Skills in adapting curriculum to diverse learning needs
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver developmentally appropriate instruction to children with varied abilities
• Develop and update Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in concert with families and staff
• Monitor, assess, and document student progress toward IEP goals

• Collaborate closely with general educators, paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
• Participate in professional development and team meetings

• Contract position working Monday through Friday, 7:15 am – 2:45 pm (37.5 hours per week)
