Openings include several elementary and secondary school settings, as well as itinerant and homebound services. What We’re Looking For:

• Current and valid Minnesota teaching license (required)
• Experience in Special Education settings—autism spectrum disorders, developmental cognitive disabilities, and early childhood a plus
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, engaging classrooms
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Adaptability across different caseload sizes (ranging from 4 to 19 students)
• Ability to collaborate on IEPs and implement evidence-based interventions

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver specialized instruction in various educational settings (elementary, secondary, itinerant, and homebound)
• Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Create a safe, supportive classroom climate tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Track progress and document student outcomes in accordance with district standards
• Provide flexible support for students receiving services in multiple locations
