Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement
• Experience creating and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong instructional and classroom management skills
• Ability to adapt lesson plans to accommodate various learning styles and abilities
• Skilled in collaborating with families, educators, and support staff
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and monitor IEPs in compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support personnel to foster student growth
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and strategies for support
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development as needed
• Provide a safe, supportive, and positive educational atmosphere for all students
