Special Education Teacher - Lakeville, Minnesota

What You’ll Bring:

• Current Minnesota teaching credential with one or more of the following: Autism Spectrum Disorders, Developmental Disabilities, Early Childhood Special Education, Emotional Behavioral Disorders, Learning Disabilities, Academic & Behavioral Strategist (ABS not required, but welcomed)
• Deep understanding of behavior intervention plans, classroom routines, and effective instructional strategies
• Excellent collaboration skills for working with paraprofessionals, colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to reliable attendance and flexible problem-solving
• Experience in self-contained or resource special education classroom settings is highly valued
