Special Ed Teacher | Lakewood, New Jersey

A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the upcoming full school year, serving students from Kindergarten through 3rd grade. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment dedicated to fostering the growth and development of young learners with diverse special needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ unique learning abilities
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to create inclusive classroom settings
• Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adapting instructional strategies as needed
• Maintain clear and ongoing communication with families and school personnel
• Support social, emotional, and behavioral growth alongside academic development

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification in Special Education teaching
