Key Skills & Desired Background:

• Valid Special Education Teaching credential (or eligibility) for the state
• Experience with K-5 students, including differentiated instruction and behavior supports

• Ability to collaborate with multiple school teams, support personnel, and families
• Commitment to fostering a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom climate
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to adjust to the needs of different grade levels (Preschool – 5th Grade)
• Familiarity with IEP documentation and implementation preferred
