Part Time Homebound Teacher Needed in Texas

A Texas-licensed Special Education teacher is needed to provide homebound instructional services for secondary students. The teacher will work one-on-one in the student’s home, delivering instruction using district-provided curriculum and supporting identified learning goals.

Key Duties:

• Implement special education instruction as outlined by the school team

• Provide structured academic support in a home setting

• Track attendance and instructional progress

• Communicate appropriately with parents and staff when needed

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Special Education teaching certification

• Experience with adolescent learners preferred

• Professional, reliable, and comfortable working independently

• Ability to follow established curriculum and instructional plans
