Homebound Special Education Teacher Needed in Texas

Soliant is seeking a reliable and certified Special Education Homebound Teacher to provide in-home instructional services to secondary-level students in Texas. This role supports middle and high school students who require homebound services, with instruction delivered in the student’s home while a parent or guardian is present.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct special education instruction to homebound students at the secondary level

• Implement district-provided curriculum and instructional materials

• Adapt lessons to meet individual student needs and IEP goals

• Communicate progress and collaborate with school-based teams as needed

• Maintain required documentation and service logs

Caseload Details:

• Student population: Middle school and high school

• In-home instruction with parent/guardian present during sessions

Requirements:

• Active Texas Special Education Teaching Certification

• Ability to travel to students’ homes within the assigned area

• Dependable, professional, and comfortable providing in-home instruction
