Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher, preferably in a school environment

• Dedication to supporting students with a variety of learning, behavioral, and developmental needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized lesson plans tailored to student IEPs
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment
• Collaborate actively with students, families, support staff, and other educators
• Maintain clear, detailed records of progress and communication regarding student performance and development
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
