Desired Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for Special Education teaching certification
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or a related field

- Strong understanding of current educational technologies and accommodations
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
- Assess student progress and maintain documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local mandates
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to deliver targeted support and foster an inclusive environment
- Provide direct instruction in both group and 1:1 settings
- Participate in parent meetings, professional development, and staff training
