Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential
• Experience working with students on the autism spectrum
• Confidence managing a classroom and tailoring instruction to varying learning needs
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to adapt instruction and strategies for diverse learning styles
