Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Previous experience with early elementary students preferred
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education best practices
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills
• Adaptability and creativity in instructional strategies

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized instruction and resource support to early elementary students
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with team members and families
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and growth
• Collaborate with general educators, specialists, and support staff to meet students' diverse needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and required documentation
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed
