Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs) for K-2 students

• Utilize evidence-based instructional strategies tailored to students’ individual needs
• Monitor and document student progress toward IEP goals, maintaining thorough and confidential records
• Communicate regularly with families regarding academic and behavioral progress
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school team initiatives
• Support students in achieving both academic and social-emotional growth
