Key Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Special Education Teacher
• Experience working in a school or educational setting preferred

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to support students with diverse needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instruction tailored to students with unique learning styles and abilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to provide integrated services
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student growth and participation
• Collect and analyze student progress data, adjusting interventions as needed
• Engage in regular communication with families to support student development
