Key Qualifications:

• Valid Kansas K-12 teaching license in Special Education (required)
• Strong background in developing and implementing IEPs for a variety of exceptionality categories
• Ability to travel between multiple school sites within the designated area
• Comfortable working independently, with strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
• Experience providing support, resources, and consultation to general education staff

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group special education instruction across multiple school environments
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Serve as a resource and consultant for school staff and parents to promote student inclusion and success
• Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and compliance records
• Regularly travel between assigned school campuses to provide consistent support
