Key skills and qualifications:

• Valid Kansas Low Incidence Special Education License required
• Demonstrated commitment to supporting diverse learners

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct instruction and build positive relationships with students in the LIFT Program
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for each student
• Collaborate with fellow educators, support staff, and families to promote student success
• Use evidence-based practices to address both academic and functional life skills
• Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing progress reports
• Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
