This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to work with small groups, deliver targeted instruction, and collaborate with a dedicated team starting this August.

Available caseloads include:

• Learning Support for 1st & 2nd Grade: Guide groups of up to 12 students, reinforcing skills in Math, ELA, Science, and Social Studies.
• Learning Support for 2nd & 3rd Grade: Engage small groups, providing tailored support in multiple core subjects.
• Kindergarten Inclusion: Foster an inclusive classroom environment, working alongside general educators to support student participation and growth.

Qualifications:

• Active Special Education Teaching license is required
• Experience with learning support or inclusive classrooms preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet individual student needs
• Commitment to fostering an encouraging, accessible learning environment

Role responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction to small groups to strengthen academic achievement
• Develop and implement IEPs in close collaboration with general education staff and families
• Provide data-driven feedback and documentation for student progress
• Participate in school meetings and professional development as needed
• Maintain a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere

As a valued educator on this assignment, you’ll teach Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:45pm, starting with teacher prep days on August 19th before students arrive on September 2nd.
