Key Qualifications:

• Current Special Education (282) Teaching License
• Experience working in special needs educational settings
• Flexibility to manage a resource classroom or provide individualized 1:1 instruction

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student strengths and needs
• Support a caseload of either 15-20 students in a resource-style setting or up to 8-10 students in a 1:1 case management format, depending on your background
• Collaborate closely with general education staff, school specialists, and families
• Employ differentiated instruction, behavioral interventions, and data-driven teaching strategies
• Monitor student progress, making adjustments to instruction and supports as needed
• Maintain thorough records and comply with all state and federal guidelines
