Qualifications/Experience:
- Active EC General Curriculum teaching license required (Adapted license not accepted)
- Prior experience teaching the general curriculum in a special education setting
- For Davis Townsend: Experience and comfort supporting students with autism or similar needs in a self-contained classroom
- For Silver Valley: Availability for part-time, Monday–Thursday, 8:45 AM – 1:45 PM schedule; experience with K–2 preferred
- Clear background check and fulfillment of all standard state credentialing
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Deliver specialized instruction in line with IEP goals for students accessing the general curriculum
- Provide resource or self-contained classroom support tailored to specific school needs
- Collaborate effectively with support staff, administrators, and families
- Manage a caseload appropriate to each site (elementary or middle school focus)
