Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education or related field
• Proven experience working with students with diverse abilities, preferably in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation processes
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized instructional strategies based on students’ needs
• Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt lessons and curriculum to provide accessible learning opportunities
• Track students’ progress, complete assessments, and maintain accurate records
• Work closely with general education teachers, support personnel, and families to promote student success
• Foster a positive, nurturing, and structured learning environment where all students can thrive
