• Supportive classroom model with paraprofessional assistance

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct special education instruction aligned with student goals
• Collaborate with staff, therapists, and support personnel
• Monitor student progress and maintain compliant documentation
• Support communication and social-emotional development within the classroom
• Build an engaging and student-centered learning environment
Requirements:
• Active Michigan Special Education License required
• Elementary or cross-categorical experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills preferred
