Grades K - 5 Grades 9 - 12 Special Education Teacher in Litchfield, MN

Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience working with students in grades K-12
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with support staff and families

• Communicate regularly with families, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members
