Special Education Teacher - Littleton, CO

Qualifications:

• Active CDE (Colorado Department of Education) license in Special Education (required)

• Ability to manage classrooms and behavior proactively

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
• Adapt instructional materials and methods for diverse learning styles and abilities
• Create a supportive, structured environment that encourages student growth
• Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to maximize student success
• Monitor and document student progress, making data-driven adjustments as needed
• Participate in school meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
