Qualifications and Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement targeted instruction for students with varying needs, adhering to each Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Assess students’ abilities and modify lessons to enhance engagement and success
• Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive student support
• Serve as a primary contact for families, providing updates and facilitating collaborative problem-solving
• Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and district policies
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in special education
