Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Valid teaching credential in Special Education
- Prior experience in a school-based special education setting preferred
- Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to adapt instructional methods to diverse learning needs
- Positive attitude and dedication to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varying needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Track student progress and adapt strategies for optimal growth
- Collaborate with general educators, school administrators, and families to ensure student support
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates as required
- Participate in school meetings, trainings, and professional development
