Key Qualifications:

• Valid California CTC Special Education credential
• Experience working with elementary-aged students
• Familiarity with resource classroom settings
• Skilled in addressing a variety of mild to moderate learning needs
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities
• Ability to manage and support a caseload of approximately 28 students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction tailored to each student’s IEP
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with families and support staff
• Track student progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed for academic and behavioral growth
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment to promote student engagement
• Communicate effectively with general education teachers, specialists, and parents
• Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with district, state, and federal guidelines
