Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education Teacher certification (required)

• Manage a caseload of students in the resource program, providing specialized instruction in alignment with IEP goals
• Develop and implement individualized education plans, collaborating with general education teachers and related service providers

• Track and document student progress, making adjustments as necessary to maximize student achievement
• Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding student progress and concerns
• Participate in professional development sessions and ongoing training
