Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid teaching certification in Special Education
  • Early Childhood Special Education endorsement preferred
  • Experience with young children in educational or therapeutic settings
  • Understanding of best practices for differentiating instruction and supporting IEP goals
  • Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills
  • Enthusiasm for fostering positive student growth and partnerships with families

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that address varied learning abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct ongoing assessment of student progress, adjusting instruction as needed
