Qualifications:

- Minimum of one year of classroom teaching experience, specifically working with special education populations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and interventions in accordance with students’ IEPs as part of the resource caseload in an elementary school setting.
- Collaborate closely with general educators, specialists, and families to create supportive, personalized learning plans.
- Use data-driven decision-making to monitor student growth and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain up-to-date records, IEP documentation, and compliance with all district and state mandates.
- Foster a positive, accommodating class environment that values each student’s strengths and encourages progress.
