Special Education Teacher - Longmont, Colorado

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Hold a valid Colorado Special Education Certificate (CO SPED Certificate required)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Previous experience as a Special Education Teacher or Case Manager strongly preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, families, and support staff

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)

• Collaborate with educators, specialists, and parents to ensure holistic support for each student
