Qualifications

• Valid teaching credential in Special Education
• Experience supporting K-6th grade students
• Previous RSP (Resource Specialist Program) experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage diverse student needs effectively

Responsibilities

• Support a caseload of 13 students in a K-6th grade RSP class
• Plan and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff
• Conduct assessments and maintain required documentation
• Regularly communicate with families and guardians
• Work full-time, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
