Middle School Certified Special Education Teacher - Loveland, CO

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current teaching license with Special Education certification.
• Experience working in elementary, middle, or high school environments.
• In-depth understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to create engaging and differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
• Collaborative team player with a student-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver individualized lesson plans based on student IEPs.
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods to promote success.
• Work closely with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student performance and IEP goals.
• Support students’ academic and behavioral growth in both individualized and group settings.
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and training opportunities.
