Available positions include:

• 10 Resource/Inclusion teachers providing direct instruction and support in a classroom or remote setting.
• 2 Case Managers focused exclusively on managing IEPs, maintaining compliance, and facilitating communication with staff and families.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Active Special Education teaching certification.
• Experience delivering differentiated instruction in resource and/or inclusion environments.
• Thorough understanding of IEP development, implementation, and compliance.
• For case manager roles: Expertise in managing caseloads, writing IEPs, and collaborating with school teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Adaptability to in-person or virtual instruction, as preferred.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to student needs.
• Provide individualized and group instruction to help students achieve academic, behavioral, and social goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families.
• Collect and analyze student data to inform instructional planning and progress monitoring.
• For case managers: Coordinate and maintain all documentation, facilitate meetings, and serve as the primary liaison for special education compliance matters.
