Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Special Education Certification in Washington State
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field
- Familiarity or experience with PK-5 special education programs
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

- Ability to implement individualized education plans and life skills curriculum
- Collaborative approach to working with staff, students, and families
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging special education instruction focused on life skills
- Adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet individual student needs
- Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff for student success
- Collect and report data on student progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Maintain a safe, supportive classroom atmosphere
