Key Details:

• Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM–2:45 PM schedule for steady weekday hours.
• Manage a caseload of 7-10 students, ensuring each receives personalized attention and the support they need to thrive.
• Facilitate IEP (Individualized Education Program) implementation and regular progress assessments to meet each child’s goals.
• Collaborate closely with general educators, support staff, and families to develop effective strategies and modifications within the classroom.
• Design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to individual learning styles and needs.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment where all students can learn, grow, and feel valued.

Qualifications:

• Valid Connecticut Special Education License (required)
• Experience with IEP development and special education best practices highly preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
