Special Education Teacher

Soliant is seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin. In this role, you will support students with diverse learning needs by developing individualized instruction and fostering an inclusive, engaging classroom environment. The ideal candidate is committed to collaboration, student growth, and creating meaningful educational experiences that help every learner succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring each student’s needs are met.
• Provide specialized instruction and adapt curriculum to support students with diverse learning, behavioral, and developmental needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, using data to adjust instruction and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, families, and support staff to promote inclusion and create a supportive, student-centered learning environment.

Experience:

• Previous experience in schools preferred.

Education:

• Wisconsin Special Education License

Employment Type: Full-time, Contract

Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week
