Special Education Teacher | Magnolia, Arkansas

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education (applicable to K-12)
• Experience working with students across various disability categories and grade levels
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet a wide range of student needs
• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to collaborative teaching
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and compliance

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct instruction to students with special needs across K-12 classrooms
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and required reports
• Foster an inclusive, supportive, and positive classroom environment
• Engage parents and guardians in their student’s educational progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing professional development
