Key Qualifications:

- Ability to create, implement, and modify Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Essential Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored instruction to K-8th grade students with diverse learning needs
- Develop and implement targeted IEPs, adjusting strategies as required
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff
- Communicate with families to ensure student progress and engagement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation per regulatory requirements
- Participate in professional development activities from August 13 to August 17; students begin on August 18
- Engage in data-driven decision-making to adapt learning interventions
