Open Positions:

1. 4th & 5th Grade Self-Contained Classroom: Provide instruction and support in a classroom for students with intellectual disabilities. Work alongside three committed aides and a classroom nurse, ensuring individualized care and learning. Typical days run 7.5 hours, from 7:40 am to 3:10 pm.
2. 1st Grade Inclusion: Deliver specialized support within a general education setting, collaborating closely with classroom teachers to foster an inclusive and encouraging learning environment.

Ideal candidates will bring:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience as a Special Education Teacher or Intervention Specialist
• Knowledge of working with students with intellectual or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to create adaptive, student-centered lesson plans
