Openings:
- 10 Resource/Inclusion educators to provide direct instructional support.
- 2 Case Managers to focus exclusively on overseeing and managing Special Education documentation and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification.
- Demonstrated expertise in Resource and/or Inclusion settings.
- Previous experience with IEPs, instructional accommodations, and progress monitoring.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for collaborating with colleagues and families.
- For in-person roles, ability to be on site; for virtual roles, reliable technology and workspace.
- Experience with case management or related responsibilities (for Case Manager roles).
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, individualized instruction to students with varying needs (Resource/Inclusion).
- Collaborate with general education staff to adapt curriculum and maximize classroom inclusion.
- Administer, update, and maintain compliant IEPs and student records.
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and support strategies.
- Complete all required documentation in alignment with district and state guidelines.
- Case Managers will oversee caseloads, coordinate meetings, and ensure IEP timelines and paperwork accuracy (no direct classroom instruction required).
