Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education teaching certification (or eligibility) required
- Experience with elementary (5th/6th grade) students in a resource or self-contained setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance
- Skills in differentiating instruction and managing a diverse range of abilities
- Comfortable working with students with complex medical or behavioral needs, including those on the autism spectrum
- Ability to collaborate effectively with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families
