Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for the state of New Hampshire
- Experience working with elementary students with diverse learning needs
- Strong background in case management, IEP development, and implementation

- Adaptability in managing a caseload of approximately 15 students across two school buildings

Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small-group instruction to 2nd and 5th grade special education students
- Manage case files, develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs
- Coordinate with classroom teachers, specialists, and related service providers to support student learning
- Communicate regularly with families and participate in IEP meetings
- Collect data and document student progress to inform ongoing instructional planning
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines for special education
