Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification, with eligibility in New Hampshire
- Experience working with students requiring intensive needs or life skills support
- Background in elementary or middle school special education preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and case management abilities

Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to 5th and 6th graders in the life skills program
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs aligned with each student’s unique needs
- Maintain regular communication with families, related service providers, and school staff
- Track progress and adjust strategies to ensure student growth within the program
- Serve as case manager, coordinating meetings and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
This full-time contract position runs Monday through Friday, with a weekly schedule of 35-37.5 hours.
