Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Valid teaching license with Special Education endorsement (or in process of obtaining)
• Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher or Intervention Specialist preferred
• Strong ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Passion for adaptive teaching strategies and student advocacy
• Flexibility, understanding, and adaptability within a school-based setting

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver tailored instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, modify, and monitor progress on IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Utilize effective interventions and accommodations based on student needs
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, behavior, and progress
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families and other team members to ensure student success
• Participate in professional development and staff meetings as required
