Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teacher license (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in early childhood special education
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with young children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to tailor instructional strategies and adapt learning materials to support individual needs
• Commitment to inclusive practices and a supportive classroom environment
• Current resume required for consideration

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct instruction and individualized support to children ages 3-5 with varying needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with families and other professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and interventions
• Engage in regular communication with parents and guardians regarding progress and strategies
• Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that celebrates student abilities and milestones
• Participate actively in team meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
