Special Education Teacher - Maple Heights, OH

The position is conveniently scheduled Monday through Thursday, from 8am to 12pm, running from June 1st through July 2nd.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), delivering compensatory services, and fostering an inclusive and positive classroom environment. You will be collaborating with families and support staff to ensure student growth, utilizing evidence-based instructional strategies, and tracking student progress throughout the summer session.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Special Education Teacher licensure (required)
• Experience working with preschool-aged children strongly preferred
• Previous ESY or compensatory services experience a plus
• Understanding of IEP implementation and documentation
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet a variety of learning needs
