Position Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated EBD Special Education Teacher for a full-time position in a district near Saint Paul. This role focuses on supporting students with emotional and behavioral needs within a structured, supportive environment designed to promote academic and social success.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals

• Implement behavior intervention plans and data-driven supports

• Collaborate with mental health teams, teachers, and families

• Maintain a structured, therapeutic classroom environment

• Track progress and maintain all mandated documentation

Requirements

• Active Minnesota Special Education License in EBD (required)

• Experience supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs

• Strong communication, de-escalation, and collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits

• $38–$45/hour, weekly pay
