Work closely with the Child Find team to champion early intervention for preschoolers (ages 3-5), supporting up to 40 students split between morning and afternoon groups. Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or a related discipline
• Valid Arizona Special Education Teaching Certification
• Experience working with preschool-aged children, especially in special education settings
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented approach

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction during AM/PM sessions for preschoolers
• Partner with the Child Find team to draft and implement IEPs for new students
• Maintain effective, compliant, and individualized IEPs aligned to student needs
• Participate in ongoing assessments, monitoring progress, and collecting student data
• Attend IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and staff meetings
• Engage in Wednesday professional development/planning (non-instructional day)
• Foster open communication with families and service providers
