Step into a vibrant school environment and lend your talents to either an elementary autism-focused classroom or a PreK special education classroom. Both settings seek passionate individuals equipped with a valid Special Education license—pending certifications are welcome, but emergency certifications are not accepted.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active Special Education teacher license (pending certifications considered)
  • Prior experience working with elementary and/or PreK students with special needs, ideally in autism support and specialized settings
  • Genuine commitment to inclusive, student-centered learning
  • Effective communication skills, collaboration, and flexibility in dynamic educational environments
  • Willingness to work full-time, onsite, for the contract duration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students in your caseload
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials to support varied learning needs
  • Collaborate closely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and families to maximize student progress
  • Monitor, assess, and document student growth and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom culture
