Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Massachusetts Moderate Disabilities certification (required)
• Experience working in a co-teaching setting, preferably at the middle school level
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with colleagues, students, and families
• Passion for fostering an inclusive classroom and supporting diverse learning needs
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IEPs, monitor progress, and adapt instruction as needed

Role Responsibilities:

• Co-teach in a middle school classroom, partnering with general education teachers to deliver instruction
• Provide direct support and differentiated instruction to students with moderate disabilities
• Collaborate on lesson planning to align with IEP goals and curriculum standards
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
